A Love Letter To Myself

It's been relatively easy to put together this short collection of audio texts for you - I do not kid myself that they will be all-revealing or in any way an adequate representation of the diversity of ways I feel about you... but I hope you enjoy the journey.
You may not understand how the following texts have insinuated themselves into my imagination / how, as yet, I may sing them to you / but I would hope that the mysteries take on a pleasant contour as they / deepen, reiterate, reinvent themselves...
It's not just the sun and moon that rise in your eyes / but the skylines that float in them / all as they are partially illuminated by a friendly yet somewhat intrusive face / and the kindly armour of their flashing apparatus / a result that takes me aback as I re-evaluate what kind of hold you have overmy imagination... the sweet notion of reinventing my connection with you grips me, as I embrace the shock of my discovery...
It's because I want to be that I am in love with, and everything about you tantalises me / I think I represent my thoughts rather well at all times, both through the presence and absence of words (and how they interact with each other), but eating and sleeping were not so regular over the last week...
You make me want to further activate my skies* / when I find myself warmed by the depth in your eyes / I am fascinated by the ways you and I could find, to show each other love / I wonder if you could you see yourself being mine?
And finally, the words and images, while full of meaning and interesting angles, are a little at odds with the messages I often gravitate to, but the mesmerising visuals that accompany the bare-bones Love Profusion (quite surprising that this is by Madonna) make it gorgeous, fresh, something pleasant to think about, even if vaguely /
(I hope that, if you don't feel curious enough to seek me out, you will at least take my rapture as a compliment, and if these formulaic rhapsodies do not speak to your soul, well at least you'll know that I tried to reach out in a way that attempted to be mutually beneficial to all.)
Love,
Epiphanie

I love all those songs and I thought I would share them with everyone, including, of course, a very special person with whom I now realise it's not meant to be after all!
I'll have to rent that film sometime...
